Throughout my career, I’ve walked two paths. I’ve directed the day-to-day activities of large corporate projects, managed multi-million dollar budgets, formulated the analytical strategies at the foundations of business. And I’ve led a successful clinical and consulting private practice, run non-profits, helped individuals explore the deep, spiritual aspects of life to overcome their pasts and transform themselves.
In the past few years, I’ve struck a balance, merging the two pathways into one, by using my gifts and skills to help business and non-profit leaders fulfill the ultimate purpose of their organizations. My core expertise includes identifying, defining, and developing solutions to organizational barriers and building successful workplaces; and effectively developing workgroup and organizational structure/culture through consultation, coaching, training, facilitation, and mediation.
I hold Masters degrees in Administration and in Clinical Social Work, and received my B.A. in Psychology and Social Work. I am a certified mediator and also certified as a continuing education provider. I have been trained in the ancient and contemporary studies of consciousness transformation and energy healing for individuals and systems.
Every business and every person in those workplaces has a birthright to live life to the fullest, to express their creativity, to contribute and be valued. Everyone also has a right to feel a sense that their life has meaning, that they and the work they do matters. You and your organization can connect your souls to what you do. My over 35 years of meditation and 11 years of shamanic instruction and practice have shaped me into a deep wellspring of strength for the people in my life. I like to say I’m “hollow bone,” meaning I tap into the source of Spirit to act as a conduit for the wisdom, compassion and love that connects all beings to one another and makes for a healthy world.
