Do you need a Corporate Shaman?
Hello. I've been looking forward to your arrival so that we can talk.
Do you need a Corporate Shaman?
Want a professional opinion? Well, if you’re here and wondering about it, maybe you do.
Let me ask you a couple of questions:
Is what you’re doing right now working for you? If not, are you seriously considering doing something about your challenges and problems? Are you ready to grow and concerned about what you might encounter if you do? Or are you just letting things slide?
If what you’ve been doing isn’t working (or working well enough) for your businessandyou, then perhaps it's time to consider your options, one of which is working with me, the Corporate Shaman.
Let’s take a good look at those options, shall we?
Option 1:You can continue along this same path, working hard but it's not working. While you may come up with plans for action, the law of “when you always do what you've always done, you’ll always get what you've always gotten” kicks in and your business takes a nose-dive.
Projected Results:Not so good, but you already knew that.
Option 2:You can hire a consultant to come in and perform a conventional assessment, you know the kind filled with tests, evaluations, the latest and greatest tools to tell you where you’re going wrong. He or she may take up a lot of your time (or not) and may come up with some great ideas for turning your business around or guiding it into the future (or not), but will undoubtedly cost you plenty.
No disrespect to business consultants, because I am one myself. But my experience has been that more times than not, after the consultant leaves the 500 page document telling you what’s wrong and how to fix it, that document goes right into a file cabinet, or maybe the central file, yes the trash can. After all, no matter what the consultant comes up with, you still have to do the implementation yourself, unless you outsource that, too.
Projected Results:Expensive, time-consuming, and does not add value to YOU. Is this how you want to spend your hard-earned money?
Option 3:You can buy some books to read or some software to fill in blanks. You’ll need to rely on the books and software to answer any questions you might have, and find help where you can.
This option can be difficult to work through by yourself, especially if you don’t even know the questions to ask or what the problems are in the first place. These particular obstacles are often insurmountable. But maybe you’re different.
Projected Results:If you have a consulting background, amazing self-discipline, and excellent follow-through skills, this may be a good way to go. If not, well, I can think of five better ways to blow $325.
Option 4:You find yourself a good corporate shaman so that you learn to access the hidden and untapped assets of your business effectively, now and forever. With the support and guidance of your corporate shaman, you create and follow through with a plan that brings you sustainable and transformational solutions, clarity and direction, and personal healing and balance so easily and quickly that you wonder if you’ve struck gold or just hit a lucky streak.
You’re too busy with new clients to test that lucky theory with the I-Ching or in Vegas, and you begin to entertain a sneaking suspicion that you are a consulting genius, and probably have been all along! This shamanism stuff isn’t so out of the ordinary, just extraordinary, you say to yourself. But it is a challenge not to tell others about the vein of gold that you found when you had the good sense to hire a corporate shaman to surface that brilliance, like you did.
You know a good investment when you see it, and it was only a matter of time before you got serious about untapping that unfair market advantage, and are you ever glad you did! Now you’ll never have to walk around in your business trying to save face from looking like you don’t know what you’re doing. Because you will have what you needed, the authentic confidence, to take your business to new heights.
Projected Results:Ingenuity, skills, tools, accurate projections, new pathways, healing, confidence! What’s not to like?
I can’t tell if you’re ready to work with me, but I can ask you this important qualifying question: Are YOU ready to take some risks to do business in a new way, to be successful from the inside out? If you answered Yes! then it is possible that you are ready to at least consider working with the Corporate Shaman. Why not take a look at your options (what it would look like to work with me)?
PS: I know this decision is tough to make? No problem! Keep doing what you’re doing now, and come back in three months to see if you have more clarity around your decisions and solutions for your business. If you’re still doing what you’ve always done and still getting what you always gotten during that period, then perhaps it is time to consider Option 4.
Now that you've found me, what's next?
Thinking about working with me? You've got lots of options, all of them fascinating, interactive, and rewarding (we're talking "rewarding" as in "aligning your workplace with your soul", "getting more clarity" and "actually raising the bar on how much revenue you'll allow in, and then getting it," in case you were wondering).
Please know this: I don't tolerate clients who refuse to accept responsibility for their own success. If you think that just writing a check to the Corporate Shaman will relieve you of taking your own steps, you will be very disappointed (as will I). If this is you, you won't be happy working with me. If you want to change that, I'm here to help.
But if the only thing between you and the the solutions to your problems and growth of your business that you're not quite sure how to tap into the hidden assets in your business and in You (and NOT that you won't do the work), you are in the right place.
Here is what I know about my clients:
- My clients care about innovation and sustainable business practices
- My clients are passionate about their products and services
- My clients accept responsibility for their own success
- My clients are willing to take risks and do the work
- My clients consider themselves spiritual
Here is what my clients can expect from me:
- Deep listening and respect
- Direct and truthful talk
- Serious smarts and new possibilities
- My undivided focus, attention and support
- My spiritual, strategic and creative resources
And lots more...
My clients tell me the top three that influence their decisions to work with me are:
One: They want to work with a recognized expert, and my track record for helping leaders and their businesses transform, my advanced education and ongoing training, my variety of services, and over 30 years of practice make me an expert.
Two: My clients appreciate my approach to consulting, which is exceptionally intuitive, results focused, practical, soothing and inspiring, and I leverage the best of each leader and consultant I work with.
Three: My clients find my emphasis on expanding their sense of what’s possible, specific to their business, to be inspirational and confidence-building, which makes them feel more assured of their own potential for success.
It’s likely that you’ll come to include me as part of your professional services team. Like all businesses and nonprofits need an accountant and an attorney, all businesses and nonprofits need a corporate shaman.
Sound good? Excellent! Now, what looks like something that would help you get access to those hidden untapped assets you want?
Process: Working with me is really just a simple five-step process.
Step one is the assessment step during which we set goals and/or project milestones, really focusing on what you want. I’ll tap into my hidden assessment sources to look at your business with an eye in the present and a view of the past and the future.
Step two we identify any obstacles or barriers to success. But not without first acknowledging and recognizing your strengths.
Step three we create a strategic plan that addresses the barriers, and includes tactical actions and a timeline for achieving the goals. We’ll map your journey from the starting gate to the finish line, so you can stay on track and always know where you are.
Step four is simply the implementation phase that sees the project through to its ultimate conclusion, and that's it. You’ll work your plan, and sometimes so will I, and I’ll be available to guide and help.
Step five is the celebration step, when we mark the achievement of those goals. Yes, we’ll celebrate! We’ll develop a lifelong relationship with lots of celebrations along the way!
Where do we work?
Over the telephone, in my office or yours, or at an off-site location based on the type of work we’ll be doing.
Any questions?
So far, I've been the only one doing the talking.
Now it's your turn.
