In-House Shaman

As all businesses need an accountant and attorney, so too they are in need of a shaman.

When an organization is born, so is its Spirit. Deep down inside people know this, but the daily pressures of running a business disconnect them from it. This Spirit needs to be tended so the organization can fuifill its daily purpose of turning a profit and giving back, and its ultimate purpose of helping the people connected to it succeed in their lives. It is my job as a Corporate Shaman to connect you to the Spirit of your business, then teach you how to tend to it and thereby the health and well-being of your business and all who are drawn to work in it.

You can attune to the Spirit of your business to identify the root causes of challenges and uncover the information needed to take the right action. Low staff morale and productivity will improve, blocked creativity will open to new insights, the trouble you’ve had meeting goals and deadlines will transform into healthy challenges of growing your organization and managing an abundant cash flow.

Arrangements can be made for occasional or regularly scheduled on-site, in-house time for the Corporate Shaman to serve as part of your professional services team.  Clearing and balancing the work environment, attending executive and staff meetings, team building, strategic planning, mediation, advisement for mergers, empowering and healing individual staff, and more can be accomplished during those visits to your offices or at conferences and retreats.
